We’re ready to install new water meters!
Neptune Technology Group has been installing new water meters since the Fall of 2022. Due to freezing weather conditions, work is planned to stop on November 4th, and recommence in the Spring of 2023. Note! Addresses must be entered numerically. For example “7th Ave” rather than “Seventh Ave”. If you experience difficulty booking, contact Neptune at 1-800-667-4387.
What to expect:
A typical installation will take between 30-90 minutes. During that time your water supply will be disconnected, and the hot water tank may need to be drained. A typical installation “before & after” is shown below.
